Para mim foi e sempre será um prazer enriquecer meus conhecimentos e acho sem dúvida alguma que tudo os dias há muito que aprender. I met the School and the International Yoga Association through the teacher and trainer Mercedes Pasos and I recognized the excellence of their practice in daily classes and training for yoga teachers.
I was captivated by the invitation for this training, because as a practitioner, I had every interest in preparing myself better and giving better of myself and, finally, I had found the ideal teacher.
In Mercedes, "Merche", I found the attributes that make me a good teacher of yoga: seriousness, honesty, constant practice, deontology, simplicity, humility, without fear of competition, with great love for all who seek it .
As a trainer, experience, years of practice, mastery of the techniques taught, the ability to share the knowledge you have acquired, are attributes that I do not hesitate to consider in myself.
The method studied is integral yoga, which enables us to take a more comprehensive view of the whole practice of yoga. There are presented and deepened the methods that underlie all these contemporary practices and the various practices themselves and the best each of them has to offer to practice as a student or teaching as a teacher.

Conheci a Escola e a Associação Internacional de Yoga através da professora e formadora Mercedes Pasos e, desde logo reconheci a excelência da sua prática nas aulas diárias e na formação para professores de yoga.
Cativou-me o convite para esta formação, pois como praticante, tinha todo o interesse em preparar-me melhor e dar melhor de mim e, finalmente, tinha encontrado a professora ideal.
Na Mercedes, "Merche", encontrei os atributos que no meu sentir, fazem um bom professor de yoga: seriedade, honestidade, prática constante, deontologia, simplicidade, humildade, sem medo da concorrência, com grande amor para com todos os que a procuram.
Como formadora, a experiência, os anos de prática, o domínio das técnicas ensinadas, o saber partilhar o conhecimento que adquiriu, são atributos que não hesito em considerar em si própria.
O método estudado é o yoga integral, que nos capacita para uma visão mais abrangente de toda a prática do yoga. Testemunho Professora de Yoga Patrícia Jarimba (Frequentou o curso internacional para professores de yoga em 2016):
O curso de yoga foi muito importante, pois adquiri ferramentas imprescindíveis para manter o meu equilíbrio físico e energético. Decidi fazê-lo porque o meu corpo estava a reclamar e com as diversas técnicas e posturas aprendidas e praticadas senti uma grande melhoria física e mais energia vital, o que se repercutiu no desempenho das tarefas do meu dia a dia. No curso éramos todas diferentes, mas cada uma acrescentou à sua maneira a sua arte e técnica, havendo apoio mútuo. Foi uma viagem muito importante, para o meu físico, para a minha mente e para a minha alma. A Mercedes é uma excelente professora, que coloca em tudo o que faz o seu amor e a sua humildade. Mais que uma professora, é uma amiga. Recomendo o curso, mesmo que como eu não tenha pretensões de ser uma profissional de yoga. O conhecimento não ocupa lugar e será uma mais valia para a sua vida.

The yoga course was very important because I acquired essential tools to maintain my physical and energetic balance. I decided to do it because my body was complaining and with the various techniques and postures learned and practiced I felt a great physical improvement and more vital energy, which had repercussions in the performance of the tasks of my day to day. In the course we were all different, but each one added in its way its art and technique, having mutual support. It was a very important journey, for my physique, for my mind and for my soul. Mercedes is an excellent teacher, who puts into everything that makes her love and her humility. More than a teacher, she is a friend. I recommend the course, even though as I have no pretensions of being a yoga professional. Knowledge takes no place and will add value to your life.

A Merche, como é carinhosamente conhecida, foi minha professora de Yoga. Uma vez que a forma como ministrava as suas aulas de yoga "abria-me" o coração com a sua humildade e gentileza de espírito. Terminava as aulas com imensa energia e com o coração cheio, e quando soube que iria lecionar o Curso Internacional para Professores de Yoga Integral, fiquei de imediato interessada e inscrevi-me! Este curso foi o culminar do despertar da minha consciência, já iniciado com a prática do Yoga.
A Merche é um ser humano excepcional,com uma capacidade enorme de partilha de conhecimentos e experiências vividas no mundo do Yoga. Terminei o curso imensamente afortunada com tudo o que aprendi, vivenciei e partilhei, pois tornamo-nos uma família!

Merche, as she is affectionately known, was my Yoga teacher. Since the way you taught your yoga classes would "open" my heart to you with your humility and gentleness of spirit.
